I have often struggled to get my steps up when doing my administration work at home or in the office.
I would often sit for hours getting work done and quite often stream something or listen to music. I found that walking when I had so much house work or work for my business difficult to do mentally.
I still think a walk down the beach or someone nice is great for the sole and important for your stress levels but getting the body moving is important.
I seen so many social media posts about walking pads and I will discuss this in a blog as this was a big part of my journey. I honestly thought i would buy this and never use it but how wrong I was.
I now walk for over a hour a day and sometimes two just while doing work. Its been great. I have linked to the walking pad I have which I have had now for a couple of months and love it.
I liked this one as I felt like for now as its cost effective and does a great job.
Look I was as sceptical as the next person about purchasing a air fryer and mum often said that an oven could do the same job but the great thing with the air fryer is the kids cant burn the house down (well nothings impossible).
I love the ninja air fryer because we have a large family but also that in the mornings I quite often use the half side of it for the kids lunches cooking chicken while I get them ready.
The kids can use it with ease and its a healthier way to cook.
